How Can Healing Energy Medicine Help?

Do any of the following sound like you?

Below are listed some possible techniques and methods that might be used over a series of healing sessions that are tailored to meet the needs of each client. Energy medicine does not replace conventional medical treatment but is an effective complementary therapy.

1- Anxiety and stress

By re-balancing and grounding a person’s energy system, healing energy medicine work from a trained practitioner creates and restores greater calmness and balance to a person. I can also teach a client how to ground and balance their own energy system or teach meditative techniques for relaxation and grounding.

Energy work can clear traumatic residues contributing to post-traumatic stress as well as uncover and transform deep unconscious beliefs that foster fear. The work can also connect a client to their higher self so they feel greater support and trust in themselves and in Spirit.

2- Deeper meaning to illness

“Why me, why this illness, why now?” Together we will explore the meanings associated with various body areas as well as personal meanings, discover where a client is losing energy, and do work to energetically repair the damage.

Deep healing contact with the body's cells can reveal and clear imprints at a cellular level that are contributing to the imbalance as well as clear past life or present life traumatic events or beliefs. The client can also be taken into the deeply healing "zero point field", a deep level of physics and energy where all things are yet to manifest, a place of all possibility.

We can work with dreams, affirmations, and higher guidance to uncover the meaning for the client and uncover a path towards greater health and healing.

3 - Medical procedures, surgery, injury, recovery

Besides helping a client feel more relaxed and prepared to undergo a medical procedure, energy work can also assist and speed healing afterwards. Surgery or medical procedures cut and injure fine lines of energy and acupuncture channels that can be repaired and re-connected through energy medicine work. This reduces swelling and pain and speeds healing as it helps the body’s ability to heal and reduces the need for pain medication.

Energy work can also help the body clear the effects of drugs and trauma from the energy system following medical procedures. If a body organ or part is to be removed some clients find it helpful and meaningful to thank and honor a former piece of the self prior to its removal.

4 - Stuck & unfulfilled in life, relationship, or work

Energy medicine helps to connect and balance all aspects of a person’s mental, physical and spiritual selves. Often clients gain a greater sense of their true life purpose and passion in the process.

Also uncovered and cleared are each person’s blocks or resistance to becoming more of who or what they often want deeply to be or do. Greater inner support and self-acceptance makes the fear of change and the challenge of the unknown easier to overcome.

5 - Feel connected to and trust in Spirit &
6 - Be truly happy and less negative

These two often go together for as we feel more support and connection to the deeper parts of ourselves and to Spirit, the happier and more positive we just are. Since energy medicine balances and centers our energy field and connects all aspects of who we are on physical, mental, and spiritual levels, it can help us be more whole and alive.

Energy work helps us uncover who we are, discover our purpose and reduce the resistance and blocks we have to being more vital and whole. We can become who we want to be rather than who we feel we have to be. Dream work, imagery, and affirmations can also help support discovery and change
